Jessica Galletly is an accomplished journalist and editor, with more than 20 years’ experience in media spanning radio, digital platforms, magazines, newspapers and PR.

She lives by the stunning coast of South Australia, where she spent more than a decade championing the state’s dynamic hospitality scene on a national scale as Head of Lifestyle, Food and Wine for News Corp Australia - SA. From her years as an editor to writing in-depth restaurant reviews, Jessica’s work has been featured in major metropolitan newspapers, websites and magazines—including delicious. SALIFE, QWeekend and Broadsheet.

With an engaged network of contacts and a strong reputation within both media and hospitality industries, Jessica has been privileged to interview some of the biggest names in food, including Jamie Oliver, Yotam Ottolenghi and Maggie Beer. She currently writes the monthly restaurant review for SALIFE magazine and lends her expertise to platforms that showcase Australia’s food and drinks scene.

She also offers tailored editorial support, content and consulting for hospitality businesses.
